- Deeper thinking and improved concentration, memory and learning
- Enhanced creativity
- Greater trust and connection
- Health and wellbeing
- Nature connection leading to pro-environmental choices
As the University enjoys generous green space on and around campus, we can design and deliver coaching and development activities wholly or in part in an outdoor space. There are of course some limitations due to accessibility, weather, terrain and facilities; outdoor work is not appropriate for all projects. The outdoor setting is not a passive backdrop but an active element that contributes to the process of insight, reflection and purposeful behaviour change.
If you are curious about whether your development request would benefit from an outdoor component, please get in touch.
