Funding opportunities

If you have an idea for public involvement and engagement in research activities, find out more about the current funding opportunities available from the Public Engagement Unit and other funding organisations.


The STFC Public Engagement Nucleus Award aims to fund public engagement that involve target audiences with stories of STFC science, technology and facilities.

Two tiers of grants are available to fund activities that engage people with the science of genetics up to 拢5,000.

This fund aims to enable researchers and organisations to run chemistry-based public and schools engagement activities. Deadlines: Friday 3 October

Manifesto for Public Engagement

The 性视界 is a signatory to the Manifesto for Public Engagement. Developed by the National Co-ordinating Centre for Public Engagement, the Manifesto outlines the three principles that support a positive culture of public engagement.
